Dick Crouch U14
Dick has been coaching youth rugby and soccer for the last five years. He started playing rugby in the UK at the age of 11, and developed into a solid third team player, making up with enthusiasm what he lacked in talent. Dick is one of the finest referees in Northern California.

Guiseppe Bregoli U14
Guiseppe Bregoli played professional rugby in Italy for the Bassa Bresciana, Fly Flot Calvisano and Brescia. He also played for the Seahawks here in San Jose. Guiseppe coached U12 youth rugby in Italy.

Jeff Moss U12
Jeff played rugby at UC Davis and a short stint with Gordon Rugby Club in Sydney, Australia. Jeff is a USA Rugby Certified Coach. He has one son, Chad, that plays on the under 12 team.

Dan Stauffer U12
Dan started playing rugby at the University of Arizona. He transferred to Carnegie-Mellon University where he continued playing in the front row and was selected to the Allegheny Select Side in 1998. Dan played for the Lisbon Casuals in Europe from 2002-2004 where he played against numerous touring clubs from across the continent. Dan has also played for numerous clubs across the U.S. while in the military.

Ted Davis U12
Ted first started playing Rugby during High School in 1989 to 1992 for the Gunderson Club Side U19 here in San Jose. He went on to play for San Jose State University from 1993 to 1995, Sacramento State University RFC in 1997 and also with the SanJose Seahawks RFC on and off for a season or two. Ted is currently practicing with the San Jose Seahawks RFC.

Paul Lang U12
Paul's playing experience was in the UK. He started at the age of 11 and played for over 20 years. He played at representative county level (state) at age 16 and for London and South East England at 18. At Senior level, he played for both Blackheath and school former pupils teams while coaching junior sides during that time.

Andrea Mackenzie U10
Andrea Mackenzie played fly half at the college level at UC Santa Barbara and UCLA and was selected to the USA National Women's team.

Michael Fiorillo U10
Michael played scrum half in high school and college for 6 years. He also played on the junior Pelicans squad and was asked to play for the US national Eagles at age 18.

Bob Spurzem U10
Bob lives and works in the Silicon Valley and is the proud Father of four children. His youngest, Alex, played five seasons with the Seahawks and is a Junior at Monta Vista HS and plays with the Silicon Valley RFC. Bob is a strong rugby supporter since his college playing days and as an adult player with the San Jose Seahawk RFC. For the past five years he has been actively involved supporting youth rugby and manages the San Jose Seahawk RFC along with its fine coaching staff.

Chet Garcia U10
Chett Garcia started playing rugny in 2002 at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After college, he played for the Northshore rugby club in New Zealand and then with the Olympic Club Rugby Team in San Francisco.

Neil MacDonald U8
Neil MacDonald played rugby (poorly) in high school at Marr College, Troon in Scotland. A life-long fan of the game, Neil got involved coaching youth rugby after introducing his son and daughter to the game through the former Seahawks Youth Rugby program. Neil is now a USA Rugby certified coach, and coached U8s in Santa Clara Youth Rugby's inaugural season last year. He enjoys seeing a field of dozens of young kids having fun with rugby balls, and progressing from learning basic skills to playing Rookie Rugby to competing with other teams.

Roger Sultana U8
Roger played rugby in France for many years with the TomTom Club in Aix en Provence. He has a Master's degree in Sports Conditioning and he is a certified personal trainer. Roger also owns and teaches Judo and Ju-jitsu at "Olympic Martial Arts " in San Jose. His sons both play in the Santa Clara Youth Rugby program.
